1.         Access to or use of the system shall be restricted to authorized intermediaries of EQ Insurance Company Limited (EQI) only.

2.         Your user identification(s) and password(s) are personal to you.  If you have to disclose your user identification(s) and

         password(s) to persons under your employment, you shall ensure that only employees who are fit

3.         You shall notify us immediately if you suspect that your user identification(s) and password(s) have been used in an

         inappropriate manner.

4.         As an intermediary of EQI, you shall act with integrity and professionalism at all times. You hereby agree that in the event

         that you and/or any of your authorized personnel shall, by act or omission, commit any breach of confidentiality, whether

         arising out of or in connection to fraud, misconduct, negligence or otherwise, you may be subject to various sanctions,

         including but not limited to, criminal or civil liabilities and/or termination of your agreement with us.

5.         You are responsible for protecting the information contained on the system that is within your purview.

6.         You expressly agree to use the system at your own risk. We assume no responsibility and shall not be held liable for any

         damage to your computer or any other equipment as a result of your access to or downloading of any materials herein

         contained, including any viruses, malicious, destructive or corrupting code, agent, program or macros.

7.         We shall not be liable for any loss incurred as a result of you or your customers using your credit card in relation to this

         system.

8.         You shall keep a record such as email or fax confirmation of your customers authorizing you to apply for the policy and

         accepting the terms on their behalf.

9.         For payment modes other than online credit card transaction, it is deem that you have received the premium from the

         insured before you issue the Certificate of Insurance (CI).

10.      All transactions are quoted and payable in the Singapore currency. Price and information are subject to change without
