Step 2 : Incident Reporting to the Police
Notify the police immediately and submit a copy of the police report to us.

Step 3 : Submission of evidence
Provide us full details of the loss supported by documentary proof.

Step 4 : Co-operation with Appointed representative
Assist and co-operate with EQI's appointed representative.

Step 5 : Additional documents to submit
If any writ of summons, letter of claim or other legal processes have been issued or commenced against the policyholder/ insured, submit these documents to EQI immediately.

Step 6 : Assist appointed representative
Assist EQI's appointed representative or adjuster to:
a) settle any claim;
b) resist any claim; and
c) institute proceedings.

Step 7 : Non-admission of Liability
Do not admit liability, make an offer/settlement/promise with any third party(ies) without our prior consent.
