Take photographs of the damage for inspection by EQI's appointed representative. Do not dispose of damaged item(s), unless agreed by us.

Download the claim form within 7 days of the incident and submit the completed form to us within 14 days.

Submit all relevant documents like repairer's quotation, original receipts and invoices, within 30 days to us.
